Who we are
Say hi to your new offshore right hand.
Hi, I’m Nathan. I help businesses find the right offshore & outsourcing partners that are aligned with your business, then help you scale them to be successful.
After over a decade of building & scaling high performing and highly engaged teams in the Philippines, I started Tulay Solutions to be the bridge — literally, it’s what “tulay” means — between Australian businesses and exceptional talent in the Philippines.
I split my time between Sydney and Manila, which means I know both sides of the partnership from the inside: how Aussie businesses like to work, and how to build offshore teams that genuinely feel like part of the family.
My job is to make offshore feel less like outsourcing, and more like hiring the best teammate you haven’t met yet.
A little help goes a long way
Offshore Team Building
Sourcing, hiring and onboarding Philippines-based talent that actually fits your team and culture.Fractional Management
Hands-on day-to-day leadership for your offshore team, so nothing falls through the cracks.Process & Systems
Setting up the workflows and tools that let a distributed team run smoothly, on autopilot. Why Tulay is different
Most consultancies pick a lane. We don’t.
Operations consulting or staffing and outsourcing: most firms choose one. Tulay does both: we strengthen offshore operations from the inside and connect clients with the right partners from the outside. That combination is our foundation. Four things deepen it.
Boots on both sides
Sydney and Manila, backed by years of actually living and working in the Philippines, not just visiting for site tours. I understand both ends of the partnership first-hand.
Genuinely fractional
You get real, senior attention, not a call center account manager reading a script.
People-first hiring
Culture fit and longevity matter more than filling a seat quickly.
No long lock-ins
Flexible engagements that flex with your business, not rigid year-long contracts.
